Character Name: Billy Kaplan
Age: 17
Canon: Marvel Comics
Canon Point: during Young Avengers (2013), before he pulled Mom out of his spell.
Character History: Here
Canon Abilities: Billy's primary ability is altering reality. It's not explicitly said if he has chaos magic but he has been described as a user of it. That said, he has a lot of game-breaking abilities so I'll only list down the powers he'll have upon arrival.

✧ Reality Manipulation - Since Billy has no standard spells, usually improvising various incantations on the spot, this mechanism alludes some similarity to Wanda's magic, due to the fact that their spells work on a similar basis, by only saying what they want to happen into reality.
✧ Astral Projection - Billy can use his magic to project his astral self from his physical body and into the astral or physical planes.
✧ Clairvoyance - With brief periods of intense concentration, Billy can gain knowledge of a subject's location and its current state.
✧ Concussive Blasts - Billy can generate and manipulate energy to project blasts of concussive force with different shapes and intensities, including, beams, bursts, bolts and waves.
✧ Cosmic Awareness - Billy's able to use his reality warping abilities to view and perceive different timelines, realities, and alternate universes, as he did when searching for another variant of Teddy's mother, which is the canon point I'm bringin him from.
✧ Energy Construct Creation - He can generate and manipulate energy to create solid constructs such as disks, orbs, shields, platforms, force fields, and other projectiles or constructions.
✧ Elemental Manipulation - So Billy can also influence and control several elements and aspects of nature such as electricity, water, ice, heat/fire, and light, to name a few.
✧ Flight - Pretty self-explanatory
✧ Healing - Billy can rapidly heal others through his spells (e.g. "I want to heal this man, I want to heal this man!"). However, the effectiveness of this healing can be greatly affected by his will to do it or if he has troubles focusing his mind on healing the target.
✧ Teleportation - This includes portal creation, interdimensional teleportation, and remote teleportation of things. Obviously, Billy won't be able to teleport outside the Fae Realm because that's nuts. We don't break the game. I'm a mod and he stays.
✧ Telekinesis - Billy can levitate, propel, and manipulate objects and matter with his mind.
✧ Telepathy - I'll exercise caution with this and will only do this with clear OOC permission.
✧ Transmutation - Billy has shown the ability to turn, transmute, and alter anything into anything else. He has changed his and his teammates' street clothes into their hero uniforms and vice versa a couple of times.

So, clearly, Billy's OP AF so I'm going to exercise caution with regards to his abilities. After all, with great power comes great responsibility. (Oops, wrong superhero.)

• Green - This color certainly, and undoubtedly, means the whole wide world to Billy. After all, it reminds him of his boyfriend, Theodore Altman AKA Hulkling. If there's one thing that's been constant in the ever changing lives they've so far led, it's their relationship with each other. Teddy's the love of his life, the person who has truly brought out the best (and arguably also the worst) in Billy. No I love you's needed, just the consistency of someone who's there for you through thick and thin. That's who Teddy is. That's who Teddy will always be, given how they get married later in canon. Green can be the forest, the leaves during spring, but for Billy, it's Teddy's skin, it's who his favorite person is. It's everything he loves in his boyfriend. When Teddy asked him if he's turned off by the way he's green, how he's part Skrull and part Kree, Billy didn't hesitate to say no. Teddy is Teddy. Green and all. (164 words)


• Friendly - Being friendly is important to Billy. After all, having friends is vital when you're in a superhero team. From the inception of the OG Young Avengers, when there was only him as Asgardian, Teddy as Hulkling, Patriot, and Iron Lad, Billy has always been a friendly. affable, and well-meaning team member. He would always strive to be a uniting force and care for every member of the team. His deep care for his friends is what led him to quit being a Young Avenger, having seen two of his comrades die, one of which in the hands of another one of his own. When a new Young Avengers team was formed, he also saw made it a point to be friendly towards every member, even if one of them is the literal God and Goddess of Mischief. (137 words)


• Dance - As a young superhero, dancing is an integral part in Billy's life. At the end of Young Avengers (2013), the conclusion of their adventures, or misadventures depending on how one may look at it, is while they're dancing in a club. A lot of the characters' journeys by that point in the story ends during their time dancing. It's also something he enjoys doing with Teddy, if not with the rest of his friends. As a superhero, though, dancing with death is also a recurring theme. Many times throughout their adventures, their lives have been in danger whether it's because of an evil interdimensional being disguised as Teddy's mom or through mad scientists trying to experiment on them. Dance is a double-edged sword for Billy, one that he enjoys, and at the same time, also shows his mortality. (138 words)


• Pride - As part of the LGBTQ+ community, being gay himself, Pride is a loaded word for Billy. While it has not been relatively difficult for him to actually come out to his biological mom and dad, the Kaplans, he still acknowledges the various struggles of the community and is proud of his sexual orientation. He never once denied it, nor Teddy, in any way, as their relationship seemed so natural from the get-go. Billy is proud to be a part of the queer community, as well as the superhero community. As an Avengers fanboy, to be able to don the title of being a Young Avenger is also a point of pride for Billy. He's proud to be a part of a larger purpose, of helping those who are in need, and giving a voice to the voiceless. Being able to use his abilities to fight crime and save innocent lives is something Billy will always be proud of. (157 words)


• Door - With the power set that he has, doors have a different meaning to Billy, since he can literally open doors to new places. As someone who has the power of opening portals and interdimensional teleportation, as well as remote teleportation, Billy's able to open actual doors to various different locations, through varying points time. This is especially true when before he arrived to the Fae realm, he's technically viewing different pockets of reality and time through doors and frames. Opening doors to transport people, as well as retrieve items from them, is second nature to Billy. And this word doesn't only bear this particular meaning to Billy because with every literal door he opens, he also opens a new opportunity. When he cast his spell to peek through various worlds and timelines, he's trying to open a new door of opportunity for Teddy, one where he'd be reunited with his mom. For Billy, life is a never-ending hallway of revolving doors, whether he's the one who opened them from thin air or not. (173 words)
